KFC on Google Maps

December 11th, 2007 by Edward Dron

I recently reported on a half-baked idea by KFC called willitspill.com. Unfortunately, it was far from being viral worthy.

With that said, KFC has recently executed a guerrilla stunt that has the potential to go viral. They have painted a giant KFC logo in the Nevada desert. Although the occasional airplane might see this, the big payoff comes from Google. The KFC logo can now be found on Google Maps!
